Hey, I'm Rob, a lead product designer with 15 years experience designing digital products and services. I've worked with many different clients, from small startups to billion dollar businesses.
As a full-stack designer, I like to work accross every stage the product design life cycle, from initial research and discovery, to building prototypes and testing, to handing-off and delivering finished designs and components for build.
WHAT I DO
Design workshops
Run and facilitate in-person or online design workshops with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts and users to identify and understand problems.
Product Design
Wireframe, prototype and design user-centric products and services, as well as having significant experience building and maintaining design systems.
User Research
Conduct research using quantitative and qualitative methods to understand more about user behaviour and have experience collaborating with dedicated user research practitioners.
Design Leadership
Lead and mentor other designers, working with them to help improve their design and problem-solving skills, and mentoring them on industry best practices.
